This Privacy Policy describes how Zirnitra Group s.r.o. processes personal data in its mobile applications and digital products.

Zirnitra Group acts as the data controller for all applications developed in-house or in cooperation with the CyberVision studio.

2. Applications covered by this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all published applications, including:

  • Score My Nemesis
  • AliBee / Daily Diary
  • CatSIM Ringtones
  • Choizzer
  • all current and future applications under the CyberVision studio

3. What data our apps process

Our applications do not send personal data to our servers, unless explicitly stated for a specific feature.

Most data are stored locally on the user’s device, such as:

  • lists, records, notes and activities
  • application settings
  • photos selected by the user (e.g., avatar)

These data remain on the device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the application or using available in-app options.

4. Permissions

Some applications may request permissions such as:

  • access to the gallery (to choose a photo)
  • camera access (optional features)
  • notifications
  • storage access

These permissions are used solely for functionality and are not shared with third parties.

5. Analytics and third-party services

By default, our apps do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services that identify the user.
If analytics are added in the future, they will be clearly stated in the app description and in this policy.

6. Payments and premium features

Some applications offer in-app purchases or premium features through Google Play Billing or other official store platforms.

Payment information is processed exclusively by the platform provider (Google/Apple).
Zirnitra Group s.r.o. does not store or handle credit card data.

7. User rights (GDPR)

Users have the right to:

  • access their personal data
  • rectification
  • erasure
  • restriction of processing
  • objection
  • data portability

Since most data remain on the device, these rights are executed directly by the user (e.g., deleting data or uninstalling the app).

8. Security

Locally stored data are protected by the device’s operating system.
We do not store sensitive data outside the user’s device.
